KEYS TO PREPARING COFFEE IN THE ITALIAN MOKA

1. Ask for finely ground coffee to bring out the flavors well. If you use a medium or coarse grind you will end up with a weak cup of coffee, better known as "thin."

2. Add water and heat to minimize contact time between water and coffee.

3. Close the moka pot very well so that it does not leak.

4. Serve immediately and remove the mocha from the heat.

5. Wash it very well but with odorless soap.

If your mocha is leaking, it's time to change the package.
