We hope that you are happy with our products! If you are not, a return must be requested twenty-four hours after receiving the product. The customer has the responsibility to check the merchandise received. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
We only accept returns of coffee products that are either expired or defective. We do not accept returns of sale items or discounted products. Once a Coffee Tour reservation has been confirmed, we cannot refund the money.
Requirements for a successful return:
Send a copy of the invoice or purchase order to firstname.lastname@example.org
Products must not have been opened, used or altered
All safety labels and seals must remain intact
Products were not purchased with a discount or as sale items
We are unable to process a return if you do not have the invoice or order number.
